Roger Plant has over thirty years of professional, technical, educational experience and expertise of art and design.

To supplement his meagre income during both full time and later part time employment within educational establishments he has run hundreds of educational hands-on workshops at art and craft exhibitions and fairs, road shows and many other venues throughout England and Wales.Roger is now a freelance professional photographer and writer with a wealth of diverse practical experience in demonstrating art and crafts,showing and displaying artwork,photography, installations, sculpture and craft work in schools, colleges, galleries and a cathedral. Works, in a long list of works exhibited, include those by the late Sir Terry Frost and those of his son Anthony Frost.

I am excited by this most recent development of my photography...Illustrated writing is now demanding more of my time but beginning to pay dividends.
